 So I made it one day with my habit of writing daily and reflecting on what I do.

Some would say that I have failed already and in a way I have but does that really matter?

I came back, restarted, and am going to try again.

It is not really failure that hurts people, it is what happens to us after.

It is the mindset that we get ourselves into. The fact that we tell ourselves that we have failed so we must be failures.

When we try and even think about trying something new or setting goals, we remember that we are "failures" and figure there is no point, so we do nothing.

Or, we go and try but in the back of our mind we just remember that we are failures and do not really try because we figure what is the use, we are going to fail anyway so why put in the effort.

So if you have failed, do not let it get to you. Get back up and try your best.
