Goals + Habits = Success
What did I learn yesterday?
Goals are great but far too often we have goals but no path to achieve them and we cannot have a complete roadmap of where we need to go at what time and for how far.
The key to achieving your goals is to not come up with some big plan that is filled out in extreme detail. The key to achieving your goals is to create habits that you track and complete.
These habits need to align with your goals and be actionable.
That is the way you achieve your goals.
Also just a random thought but I have never been a huge fan of the word “dream” when it comes to goals or what you want to achieve. Dreams are something you think about when you are sleeping and not taking action.
